i got surprised at first when arriving at the gate thinking it would be different or disappointing, but when I entered and met the receptionist I got very-very surprised as soon as he showed us the path to our rooms and, showed us other rooms, it was stunning that even took so many pictures and barely could sleep due to excitement for pure relaxation and enjoying our stay - shout to the male receptionist we met, he was very calm and collected & made us feel at ease, sadly we forgot his name but deserves that job and making the guests happy, much appreciated.

I liked that it was clean and quiet.
The staff had a bit of an attitude and we didn't have hot water the night we arrived.
