100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·wrz 2026
The location is great, near to the front and all amenities.
The room was better than I expected with a bright bathroom and a separate lockable room with clothes hanging rack.
The room had a really comfortable double bed and was serviced every day and spotlessly clean.
It had a good communal kitchen with stove, kettle, microwave etc.
The room had a decent air con unit.
Bela Vista also has a nice communal roof space with tables and seating.
The only thing I didn't like was the 2 terrapins which were kept in a small plastic box in the downstairs communal area. I felt so sorry for the poor things, who were always trying to escape their cramped prison.

Location and my bedroom was spotless. With lots of hot water and clean towels and sheets and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The communal kitchen was very tired and could have been tidier with better storage facilities for residents to use. For example numbered boxes for dry goods.

"The look of the accommodation was lovely, picturesque. The staff were really friendly. It was in a perfect spot, close to everywhere but not right in the middle so it was relaxing. It was really clean..."
