The hotel is just on the edge of Kota Belud and within a short walking distance of all amenities and shops.
The rooms are clean and functional with a decent sized ensuite. Small balcony outside, but not much to see.
Staff are very helpful and the property s very secure. Laundromat adjacent to the hotel.
Street parking rather than a dedicated parking lot. It's free, but only the front of the hotel has cctv.

we love that the room has balcony. The bed is comfy. The toilet is clean.
No entertainment in the room. The room has TV. But it's not working.

When i arrived i had to wait 45+ minutes for the staff to arrive and open the door for me with no mean of communication with the staff
