The staff was very friendly and the overall cleanliness was very good.

The room is a bit small but overall cosy. The bathroom was also a bit small and as previously noted by other customers, the water leaks outside the shower. But it's still manageable.

Exactly like the photos. We enjoyed our little balcony. The room was nice although the mezzanine bed is up a ladder and is only suitable for fit and brave people (the kids were too scared to go up). Note that the main reception is in another building up the road. They kindly let me use the wifi for an hour after we checked out.

It was all great and Rethymno is a lovely town.

+My mattress had one side much lower than the other side ( probably used much more and not new ). Solved it by sleeping on the other side. Would replace it though for future customers ( room 6 ) + when people came back to this small Hotel it woke me up every time. Every time someone went up the stairs I woke up. Even in the middle of the night. Maybe if there was a sign in the entrance that people must take their shoes and go up quietly it would be less significant. I think you can’t sleep there for many hours without waken up. As it was only one night for me , I managed to . Could even see people speaking - not good acoustics.

Very clean and central hotel, you are in the old city centre and easy to find parking.

Quite noisy as people coming in are basically stepping next to the door entrance, also the cleaning lady started very early her duties and put some music till the hour of the check out.
