Everything else was lovely, and we were happy with the property overall.

It was very cold outside, and when we arrived at around 9 pm, all the windows were open and the heating was switched off. We turned the heating up to the maximum, but because the room only had underfloor heating, it did not warm up until around 3 am. We were travelling with a young child, which made this particularly uncomfortable. This was the only downside, but a very significant one. The room should have been warm before our arrival.

Great location

Balcony area was poor and was shared, no “dining facilities as listed, tv had literally no channels.

Great position, self check in and check out really useful. Clean room not particularly quite since people outside at the pub sometimes were noisy.

I had problems during the checkout since they disabled my access code and I could not collect my luggages. I've almost lost my bus to the airport due to 15 mins lost to contact them to solve the problem. What saved me was that someone get out and I had access to the building to collect the luggages. It is not acceptable to have no support or in person assistance for emergency situation.
