Lovely staff, super comfortable beds, greatcøication

Hotel was lovely , staff couldnt have bn more helpful , location was great too

The hotel is in a good location, although the street it is on is somewhat seedy. The hotel is very nice, great rooms with comfortable beds, although not enough blankets (just a sheet and very thin bed cover), nice TV, excellent bar/cafe in lobby with quite good food and wine, very wonderful/exceptional staff at the front desk.

The breakfast was buffet- eggs were undercooked, and bacon was floating in? oil or water - could not eat either. Cleaning of breakfast tables was not that great. They have a scent diffuser in the main lobby, which is overwhelming in smell and awful. It is also made my asthma act up. Not sure what smell they are trying to conceal. But when asked to turn it off while we were in the lobby, they did, which was very nice of the staff. I would suggest that it bothers many of those staying in the hotel and prevents them from using the lobby area and bar/cafe.
