Best hotel in Tulum, nicest staf ever, and cool rooftop to hangout and work

Need English words in the shampoo, soap, and hand soap

The location was excellent and the hotel clean and modern with a nice common area.

Our only complaint (and it was a big onr for us) is that every morning the workers would gather in the common area, which was directly in front of our room, and talk loudly, sometimes starting as early as 5 AM. This went on every day and made our sleeping very difficult. The parking was a bit challenging as there are only two hotel parking spots and this is right in the main entertainment district. We had to park on the street one night, which made us very uncomfortable. If the hotel was more busy, then we would have had a serious problem.

This place was great, a very good pet friendly hotel near the city center. The staff was super friendly, they helped us out on questions on going around the city. The room had a little private outside place with a hammock. We had a great adventure staying in this place. Very recommended.

I liked it the position as it was close to the airport and close to south beach and beachfront. Very comfortable bed.
