The reception desk allowed a smooth check in and use of bar with my own drinks, location for catching a early flight, €6shuttle service right to the airport

Nothing was below expectations

The breakfast was good.we liked the atmosphere in the public areas, which was sophsiticated but relaxed.

The rooms are small. Bit surprised it is in a mixed useage building. The door to our area was held open by a chair or it would be impossible to gain access. This feels like a safety issue. Also, the shuttle driver did not know the hotel despir our online booking, which was quite a worry, although not the hotel"s fault at all.

24/7 staff access and comfortable bed

6 Euro per person for airport shuttle that runs regularly but not overly frequent , when public transport allows the same for 1,20 is not a good value option especially when parking is also at premium and you choose the “convenient location to have a stressless departure the next morning “

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed.

1. The lights in the main lobby area as you went to your room. You had to turn them on yourself. We did not receive instructions and struggled with this. While it saves energy it was very risky in my opinion. We were traveling with an elderly woman. Other guests also were unaware that it was up to you to turn on the lobby lights. 2. Shuttle. We paid for the shuttle to the airport believing it came to the hotel and was a hotel shuttle. This was not the case. It was simply a bus across the street. We paid then ended up taking an uber since it was not manageable dragging our luggage and our family across a busy road. 3. Towels were flimsy and no washcloths.
