Very quiet. Secluded even though we were in a group of similar cabins. The setting was extremely pretty. The shower facilities were set apart from the cabins (which is nice) and provided plenty of hot water. For those not wanting to cook, food is available at the Grinda Wärdshus restaurant (less than a kilometer away), which is expensive but well worth the price; breakfast was exceptional.
The shower rooms were very good, but the shared toilets were not very clean at the time we were there (mid-September). There is no running water in the cabins, but there are numerous water pumps.

The location. The peace. The getting back to nature. The chap who helped us with our cases, in his jeep.
I think it would helpful to give more indications to city people like me. Like, you fetch water from the tap, using the water containers provided. The shops will be shut out of season, so bring food. There are compost toilets. I can see it is in your brochure, which I picked up on the island. I think it is only on Booking.com that more such details could be given. Thank you though. It was a unique experience that I hope will stay with me for a long time.

I like that you can walk down to the sea to swim, directly from the cabin! (In addition to the other swim opportunities on Grinda!)
I know that it is in the end of the season borderline, but unclear which places were open for food and drink. Wärdshuset and the Cafe were open, but not Framfickan,

Beautiful setting, nice island easy to access by ferry. Staff were generally friendly, bakery had a nice spread of rolls and pastries
Outdated cabins, very old and smelly. Top bunk bed broken (unsafe)
Nothing open early in the morning, the cafe only opens at 9am. Water activities at 10.
The shared outdoor toilets were really smelly.
Booking confirmation stated incorrect information where to get key. Lilla Längan closed, had to go to Sea lodge to purchase and collect towels and linen.
