This was our second visit to the same apartment as we found it comfortable and in a good location the first time. We were again happy with the property.

The property is managed by a company called Muse. Despite booking everything completely with booking dot com, you need to resubmit everything through the Muse portal once you book. Muse messaged me during my stay and asked if they could help in any way. I was pleased they proactively made contact, but when I asked for more towels, they told me to go book a towel request myself through their portal. I don't know why they'd do that. Again, the night before we left, they said they needed to contact me. When I replied, they just reminded me to leave cash in the apartment for laundry. I found their messaging and the additional admin bothersome, to the point that I probably wouldn't book again now.

The complete absence of on-site staff was more than compensated for by how thoughtfully and thoroughly everything was organised. Before our arrival, we received a PDF guide containing the garage access code, directions and other useful information. On the day of check-in, we were sent the code for the door. We could also contact the hosts via WhatsApp if we had any questions, although we never needed to. As for the apartment itself, our impressions were entirely positive. The chalet is located high up on the hillside, and our room had a beautiful view of the opposite slope and the mountains. Instead of a balcony, our room (143F) had a wooden table with a bench and warm seat cushions outside. Sitting there with a morning coffee and simply taking in the view was unforgettable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tidy and incredibly cosy. The kitchen and the apartment in general had pretty much everything we could possibly need. The only thing we couldn’t find was an iron.

The only real downside I can think of is the lack of breakfast, as for me, having breakfast provided is mainly about saving time — either on preparing it yourself or on getting to a café and waiting to be served. That said, I personally saw this as a small price to pay for the privacy rather than a significant drawback.
