Staff are friendly, helpful and polite, the check inn and out is automated using machines but there is someone at the desk if you need help, less than thirty seconds away from the train station, comfortable rooms, you're given the option to add breakfast when you check in using the machines (the breakfast is buffet serving traditional Japanese items and continental like bread, apple pies and cereal).

It was a comfortable and spacious room. The facilities were all up to date and it was a great stay overall!
Parking is a little difficult to find, so clearer instructions/directions would be appreciated.

Convenient location among shopping area and very close to Totsuka station. Great breakfast with variety of western and Japanese food selections. Espresso machine available, which is a great find in Japan! This hotel has the largest size rooms we could find in the area. Also a washing machine is available for guests.
Nothing to report, in context of normal hotel accommodation in Japan, this was a very good hotel

All was good, the receptionists were welcoming, friendly, the room was a bit small for 2 people, but for a night or 2 -ok. The bedsheets are clean and the bed was nice. The location is right next to the metro line.
