Een práchtig huis van 125 jaar oud, mooi ingericht.
De slaapkamer bevindt zich vooraan, maar je hoort geen straatlawaai of -verkeer.
Douche en bed zijn heel goed; slaap- en ontbijtruimte zijn piekfijn. Degelijke (en mooie!) trap - niet onbelangrijk voor wat oudere gasten…
Wij apprecieerden ook de airco, en het feit dat we onze auto achter het hekken (aan de tuin) konden parkeren. Ook fijn dat we een verwarmd zwembad ter beschikking hadden. En dat zo dicht bij het centrum.
Niet zó belangrijk, maar toch wil ik het als minder punt vermelden: De foto’s komen niet volledig overeen met de realiteit.
De slaapkamer is in het echt minder groot dan het op foto lijkt (maar het belangrijkste was voor ons dat het comfortabel was, en dat was het).
De idyllische foto van de tuin is van láng geleden…

Breakfast was adequate; no choice although coffee was good and juice was freshly squeezed. Croissant and pain au chocolates with jam or honey or two or 3 other spreads. No cheese or cold meats.
Cereal, eggs, cheese, meat. These were not available to us.
Very difficult to find.
We should be shown photo of the front of the house so we know what to look for from the road.
Parking was in their garden: accessed through a roll back metal fence - tight fit.
