Location and parking

Pillows need replacing, room needs more linens, staff was unfriendly. Charges for stay ended up being more than agreed to at time of booking.

I loved it..

This is my go-to hotel when I fly in or out of Seattle. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the staff is always excellent, and the shuttle from the airport is great.

Nothing really - all was great!

Plus: Proximity to SeaTac Airport, <5 minutes by car. Easy booking, pre-pay, check-in/out. Comfortable Queen beds. Thick blankets. Adjustable thermostat. TV Streaming access.

Minus: AWFUL area of Seattle/SeaTac: passed a group of ~15 young men (Teens and up) engaged in all-out brawl at bus-stop 1/2 block from hotel, midday. Graffiti, litter, drab buildings, homeless about. Seattle continues to deteriorate and the airport locale follows. Do locals no longer see it? As for the room, pillows flat and compacted: 3 per bed for 2 sleepers. Unacceptable. Lighting! WHY is the room so dim? Reinforcing Washington's SAD affliction?? Insufficient light for reading, the lights are poorly located. No fan in bathroom.. No fan. No fan where it just might come in handy after an <> unpleasant meal. Wimpy bath mat. When a shower door is wide, opens wide-r than the mat, expect to walk through excess water dropping from the shower/door. With the exception of Seattle's persistent blight, the rest of the issues, room-related, are quickly corrected. But they aren't. Which tells me these are deliberate choices by the hotel. As such, I will not give a better grade than *it'll do* for the sum.
