The property is showing its age and could benefit from some general maintenance and updating. The backyard is beautiful and has great potential, but the outdoor furniture cushions need cleaning and repair, several lights around the BBQ area were not working and is in need of some attention.For a home advertised for large groups, it would be nice to have a large patio dinning table in the backyard. The current ping pong table area would be a great location for one. The kitchen was also under-equipped for the number of guests the home accommodates, with insufficient drinking and wine glasses provided (the wine glasses that were provided were very nice.)The dining area was very dark, with no overhead lighting above the table, making it difficult to play cards or board games in the evening.One of the attractions for our family was the game room, but the games and golf simulator in the garage were not working during our stay.Given the price of the rental, we expected everything to be fully functional and exceptionally clean upon arrival. While we enjoyed the backyard and appreciated the property's potential , the home would benefit from more attention to maintenance and guest readiness.Our last night after landscaper and pool cleaners came. The pool lights and outdoor lights did not work.

The house was exactly as advertised. We had a couple of issues with appliances and hot water in showers but they were resolved quickly. The location was easy to get around Scottsdale, the neighborhood very nice, and the outdoor area a great benefit for our golf trip.

Was a great stay

Nice home in great location Was good for our large group. Several issues with appliances not working during our stay with no real resolution from management company. Shortage of towels, blankets, and other items for a house catering to large groups. Otherwise, was an enjoyable stay.
