Beautifully appointed cottage in a fab location for exploring Wivenhoe.

Lovely cottage. Well equipped, near to the river walks, and little high street shops.
Because the terrace is at right angles to the road it is necessary to carry all luggage along the narrow footpath to number 6. Car parking is also a bit of a challenge, but overall it is quiet and peaceful.
Older folk should beware that the stairs are steep.

Very well equipped and in a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Very clean and comfortable.
Garden furniture needs some attention.

We thought that the area was lovely and relaxing. The house was clean and quite well equipped.
We did not feel that it was a 'cottage' but a two up two down terraced house. It was rather gloomy and cramped, and we had people passing by in the backyard and at the front of the terraced house. Also, a dishwasher with more cutlery would have helped. We did not feel it was that 'quiet' either, so the property failed to meet our expectations, and we would not stay here again.
