It was clean and convenient, but very sterile atmosphere, no one speaks, it’s all Japanese people and I’m guessing that’s their culture.
I did not like the common area on the 6th floor it has lots of steps which I couldn’t see and the floor is all the same color, it didn’t feel safe to me. Mattress very thin and pillow hard but I still slept well.

I went there for the experience of a capsule hotel, and it met all my expectation. Very comfy for what it is, a great experience for 1-2 days but not recommended for long stay.

As I traveller who stayed at capsule hotels before, I was very disappointed in my stay at this place. No toilets on capsule level. Lockers area is very tiny. Compared to the one in Shinjuku Nth, this one was more expensive but very poor and not worth the money.
Also staff marked me as a no show even though I paid upon checking in with my card and was given a receipt. Booking.com is now investigating and I hope I won’t be charged twice
