The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel grounds were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The beds were very hard, and the fireplaces are not functional, but overall, it was not a big deal. I would definitely stay there again.

Casita design. Complimentary wine and water. Natural environment. Large pirules. Roof terrace. Friendly staff. Fruit and fresh juice at breakfast. Architecture and adobe thick walls. Flow of space.

Label parking area and reception. Circular glorietta not landscaped and low quality construction in reception area gaives a poor first impression. Was not told about hot tub on roof. Jets did not work. Tub shower in bathroom looks dirty. Hot water heater too small for tub size. No silverware to stir sweetener in tea. No coffee. Bimbo white bread toast. No butter. No mermelada/jam. No restaurant open...suggest closing hotel except saturday and sunday. Run down wood decks patched with plywood. Tirolesa/zipline need safety inspection and rope replacement. Access road in very bad condition but understand that is not controlled by hotel. Fountains, swimming pool not operating. Should lower price if listed amenities are not available.
