Hotel Alcala

For a 3 star hotel, it is really pretty. The tiles, the woodwork, the materials it is decorated with are way above average. The restaurant was fine, not exceptional, and it was open long hours. The staff are really nice.

The hotel itself was lovely. But don't think there will be anything interesting to do in town. The larger of the 2 parks was 1 square block. The museums are closed during opening hours. None of this is the hotel's fault of course. I would gladly use the hotel again if I needed to stay overnight in David near the bus terminal.

It was very close to the bus station, thus our reason for picking it. It was a great choice as it was very clean, our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.air conditioning worked well and the restaurant had delicious meals. I definitely recommend it.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. I had a specific need which required assistance. I just called the front desk requested assistance and they made sure that my request was satisfied. The service was exceptional. They have an onsite resturant which is really convenient . The menu had a great variety to choose from, I enjoyed the meals I chose, I also enjoyed having a balcony to be able to get fresh air and to people watch.

I misssed not having a refridgerator and I missed not being able to make coffee in the middle of the night. I have to remember the fact that I can't always have everything I want.

Close enough to everything. Restaurant nice. Great food.

A/c units have to be upgraded. Way too noisy and rooms always got. Not good enough. TV too old. Stick on wall u can't plug fire stick into it. No good if I bring your own TV stick u won't be able to watch TV. I got a better hotel with all amenities better for half the price 100 metres away. Even closer to the center.
