The staff was very available to help us organize day activities and helping us with taxies. They were kind to change the room to have a better view, which was great. The breakfast is good with a good amount of options. The location is super near the city center where most of the activities and shops are located.

The property was spacious and clean. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful.
If you are walking it’s up a hill from the main town.
Breakfast can take 30min if they are busy

It has a restaurant and bar with happy hour. The reception and all the staff go out of their way to make your stay a good one. Th location is walking distance to town.
We stayed in Room 17. It was very dated. The doors are very thin and they rattled in the wind.

"Lovely base camp for exploring Monteverde. All the staff go out of their way to be helpful. The beds are comfy, the breakfast tasty and the evening meal we ate in the restaurant was first class."
