The breakfast was great with a buffet and ordered hot dishes. The location was great with a wonderful restaurant across the street, Christee's. Easy to walk with luggage to the ferry. Used the hot tub and excercise room which is where the robes and slippers were. Was easy to take a bus back to the airport in order to walk to the museum. We've never been asked at check-in if we'd like some fresh milk. That was unique and lovely.
The room and hallways were very dated (old carpet) and ready for a refresh.

Staff very helpful and kind, very good service. The hotel is very well located in the heart of the town.
I found it a little warm and stuffy and although I had a superior room at the front witj a good view it was a little noisy outside, May have been bin collections.

Location is good for the town and ideal for ferry port (10min walk).
Food was very good and service excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Room 301 had sea view
Room 301 is at the top of building. Unfortunately so is the air con fan which keeps going all night.
The room is fairly tired and in need of refurbishment. Sink cracked, shower hose worn and bedside lamp broken. Has sea view but only when standing up.

Breakfast was good, friendly waiting staff
My room was small, and required maintenance and updating. It was located very far from the main part of the hotel and I was woken at 4:30am with bottles being emptied from the hotel restaurant.
