Posizione comodissima, ottimo contesto, ottimo supporto per accedere da remoto. Dimensioni camera adeguate, bella doccia grande, tutto pulito.

Molto piccolo anche se funzionale. Essendo un grande appartamento trasformato in mini appartamenti è mal isolato acusticamente, si sente tutto dalle altre camere. Per il resto va bene considerato il prezzo

Small, but well appointed rooms and bathrooms.

The check in system is entirely phone-based and didn't work, so it took us about 45 mins to get inside the flat. It is based on a web/browser mobile system and was buggy the whole stay (throwing up error messages when trying to access the building/apartment). Also, with a system like this, if you lose your phone or run out of battery, you cannot access your flat. The staff were very rude after this was pointed out (apparently this was our fault) and unhelpful afterwards when we had problems with the hot water, heating and power, which were eventually sorted out (mostly by ourselves) after getting the bare minimum info from the contact staff. Whatever you do, don't ask for an extra blanket unless you want to get mocked because you don't want to have an air conditioner running all night.
