Location, decor, size, little extras like snacks, water cooler coffee- very convenient.
Was late due to train delay and had to wait for concierge to come. Desk is not manned like a hotel.

This was our best accommodation during our 10-day trip across different cities in Italy. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the beautiful interior design and the beautifully decorated room. The location was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Location was excellent. Staff was helpful but not there very often. Packages of snacks and coffee machine helpful.
Lock system is challenging to use.
