Location perfect, close to beach,restaurants and central for Songthaew transport to all resorts.
Room small but sufficient and comfortable bed.
No kettles in rooms. Shared Hot water heater provided with drinks but water warm only

Have been here many times. Really nice place with good location at the main road of Koh Samet. Easy to walk everywhere around city area, and white sand beach. Nice and big clean room. Also safety box now at least in this room type. OK small breakfast also served. Wifi was OK.
Quite often you don't see staff anywhere near the front desk.

The location is very good. Close to the beach, many restaurants and 7-11
Not private enough. The door is a slide glass door!! There was a big curtain but still didn’t feel safe and private. The staff was helpful but unfriendly.
