The resort is an ideal place for an escape from the city. It's location by the Riverside, the canopy of the large number of trees within the resort area, the pool, the play area etc all make the resort an excellent place for a family or friends' get together. The Kerala food served was superb.
I would recommend the following to improve the services even better:
- making the service at the restaurant a little quicker,
- replacing the towels with new ones once the freshness fades.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.
Pool was great.
We were travelling out of season so there were limited options for breakfast and in the restaurant, which was understandable but disappointing.
