Convenient location for my visit. Close proximity to anything you need.

I didn't find anything I didn't like about the property.

Clean spacious rooms. Location is freat with many restaurants nearby.

Water pressure not the best

The location was very near to where we were visiting

The breakfast was never warm. The room service was not performed.

Focus on safety in a handicapped room. #124 had a seriously damaged shower stool in use. Three legs without original fasteners. Fasteners were loose. One leg was already bent from a prior guest having tried to use it. I reported same to desk the following AM and asked that they remove it from use. It was still there our second night. In the right situation.... a handicapped guest would likely sustain a serious injury. The check you would be writing to their attorneys would be serious six figures or more. We reported the chair again as we checked out the next day. Based on the response, the chair is probably still there.
