The location is close to anything you need, not too difficult to get to/from the Douro, and it was quiet at night. The decor is modern and the shuttered windows with street view is nice. Ample appliances, dishes and utensils. Property manager responded promptly.
There were a few minor amenities laking. Downstairs bathroom - pocket door is extremely difficult to open close, my wife could not move it. Sink was missing the water handle and the shower handle was not attached and had to be held in place to use it. Only 3 very small hand soaps were provided. Kitchen - 1 dish towel and no paper towels or napkins. No apartment instruction info, although questions were answered via Whats App.

Clothes washing facilities would have been useful

Location was excellent with a fabulous market close by with excellent food. Loved the custom of having a glass of wine while shopping!
A few provisions could have been provided

Location
Getting locked out in the middle of the night.
Was not given the pin code for the glass door, and thought in error the keys would open it (they were in fact for the gate and apartment door) Found ourselves locked out in the middle of the night!!
Luckily had phone number of the taxi/transfer driver, who answered his phone and gave us the PIN code.
