The view was good, location was good, apartment was good,

no light in the fridge, if someone is using the sofa bed then you need to turn on the main light to see in the fridge, The sofa bed has seen better days, not comfy springs you can feel, the bottom has fallen out, it's poor and needs replacing. for my son the bed was a bit to firm, but he likes a soft bed, many beds in Thailand are hard to firm, so if you like a firm bed would be great, the shower (and I think it's down to the building,) many times very low pressure to nearly none every other day' it was a pain at times

The location is great 5 minutes walk to Jomtien beach, the building has good amenities though the maintenance throughout the building is rather poor. That said this building is a great choice for those who want a more relaxed environment and enjoy the beach. Elena the host is super helpful, kind and lovely.

The room did not have any lights for the first week and it seemed very okay for them that I had to stay in dark for one whole week. The pillows and towels were absolutely disgusting. It boggles my mind that at this price point the hosts cheap out on a few extra bucks for new or at least clean bedding set and towels. I was charged 800 Baht for cleaning that I did not receive in one month stay! not once.

Feell like you live in the very nice hotel, perfect for the people who dont like always eat outside , you can cook whatewer you want in the kithcen .
