We loved the location of this property as it was close to the beach, restaurants and stores, the highways and our friends and family. It was well stocked, clean and quiet. Thank you very much.

My boyfriend and I booked this place

Everything was as advertised. Clean communication was good.

Apartment is located close to downtown Hollywood off a street with moderate traffic at all hours. The management company is responsive and has adequate staff on hand to address issues timely - handyman, appliance techs, etc. The unit itself had many issues while we were there broken bed, broken microwave, broken a/c (4 days), leaking faucet, etc. It appears that they do a quick clean in between guests, but do not deep clean (dirty dishes, floors, dead ants on windowsills) nor do they do regular maintenance on systems. The furniture/decor in the apartment has changed from the photos affecting the aesthetic of the apartment - dining chairs are gray, missing coffee table, etc. The unit does not get as much natural light as shown in the photos either. We had a okay stay, but experienced too many issues to provide a higher rating.
