The appartment had some small problems but I hope the host will fix it till next time.

Location was great, it was close to the Rosshütte lift and a short walk into town. Good size apartment, easy to find, easy parking and good communication from the managing company
Some furniture was a bit dated/worn but not an issue

It's a comfortable place to stay, especially on ground floor, since there's no elevator and it wasn't hot during heat wave on our side (apt. Water 2). The rooms were spacious, plenty of space for clothes, food, bath items etc, there's living room and TV in every room. Small kids room was also good to have.
Dangerous for kids in mysterious ways! There was a chipped glass ash tray that my curious 3 year old picked up and the immediately cut his finger with sharp glass edge. There were some glass shards on the terrace, luckily nobody stepped into them.
The toilet seat turned out to be a trap, loose and with no slow down mechanism, it felt down with an impact on my son's private parts (sic!), causing lots of pain and bruises.
It would also help to have a door stop - moving luggage in/out would be easier.

The general cleanliness of the apartment, trace and garden , kitchen facilities, fast WIFI.
The toilet, only one toilet and not suitable for normal thin adults, its very very small actually for children, how come three bedrooms with only one kids toilets!!!!! also i reached to location without any information sent to me regarding check in, i have to call spend 30 minutes tell i got access code . I am lucky i have phone to call, what about if some one doesn’t have phone, what will be the situation!!!!
