Phil and Faye have a lovely home, and they make you feel so welcome. The room and communal areas have so much character and personality - it was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The breakfast was very tasty - and you’re close to the Q line, which rockets you into the center of town, so it’s very convenient for sight-seeing.
The air conditioning unit was pretty loud during the night.

Each day started with solid breakfast and great coffee. Located very close to Prospect Park and public transportation.
Minor signs of age in a 100 year old house (entramce door that sticks, steep stairs to our room).

Have stayed here at least three times. Hosts Faye & Phil are incredibly kind. They gp put of their way to make sure your stay is great.
We got the best room with it's own bathroom this trip!
The email with the log in code - somehow I didn't read far enough down to see that the door code was already set up. Suggest movong that up in the arrival email & putting it in bold for lazy/busy readers.
