Getting the door code via text was the easiest! The fully stocked kitchen was clean and all appliances worked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and had ample towels for us all. Enjoyed the pool table and hot tub too! A wonderful getaway for all!
Shower heads should be replaced. Downstairs toilet seat is loose. Light bulbs out in pool room and track lights. Track lights could be adjusted to shine down in kitchen more. And although they slept fine, both mattresses could be replaced. The queen sinks to the middle and the king had a hump in the middle and pushes you to the edges. BUT these are minor things and did not take away from the awesomeness of the cabin.

The cabin location was close by Gatlinburg
The WiFi did not work well and there were several lightbulbs out in different rooms including the refrigerator.

Peaceful and we enjoyed the wildlife we saw. We loved our stay. We didn't want to go home.
The stairs are too small and steep. Don't leave your car unlocked or an animal will leave it open for you the next day.
