Great space and views to enjoy while vacationing! Easy access to the beach and fishing off the docks behind the property. Pool is nice!

The views of the ocean and lagoon were beautiful. There were some cleanliness issues, mold in master shower that took my husband an hour to clean. The management company responded immediately for the drain cover repair. The unit needs some repairs and updates to justify the price. The master bathroom had evidence of previous mold around the ceiling that needed to be sealed and painted. The grout in the master bathroom shower needed treated for mold and sealed. The body jets were clogged with lime buildup. The balcony needed pressure washed as it had black stains in multiple places. The cookware was scratched and wasn't safe to use due to the nonstick coating peeling. Most everything could easily be fixed and hopefully will be addressed.
