I've never had a flawless stay!! But this one, was 100 percent flawless… a perfect home with a perfect location. Everything we needed was provided.

Had a wonderful time. House is wonderful. Rental company was great. Cookware was not nonstick and very hard to clean. Could we suggest on the golf cart instructions on the garage wall to add warning of parking restriction at beach access. We saw people parking behind their own vehicles so we did so to save spaces and got a ticket. Just want to save other people $100. Thanks for a wonderful time otherwise.

This place is clean and it is walkable to the beach, but in the Florida heat you might not want to walk,so there's a golf cart which made it handy. There's a community pool for the kids which was big enough for them and nearby. Of course the sand on the beach is amazing,of course it's crowded on holidays and weekends. All the shopping is nearby if you like to shop till you drop but there's also delivery for your groceries. The bed on the first floor is super comfortable, but there were lots of complaints from my family about how uncomfortable the beds on the second and third floor were... That could be improved for sure!!! The kitchen equipment is stocked well enough to prepare most meals, I would say the refrigerator is fairly small for a large group who's cooking a lot, an improvement would be more stainless steel pans and pots and a larger refrigerator freezer. The neighborhood is quiet and it's safe for the kids to play out in the street but for the price we paid I feel like we should have had our own pool... So really the property does not have outdoor space to enjoy...That's what you get for booking a little bit too late... All in all we enjoyed it!

This property is in a nice location and the golf cart is very convenient.
Our stay would have been much better with the following items:
Thicker/warmer bed linens
More Toilet paper
More Paper towels
Kleenex-there were none
dish towels -there were none
Hot pads-there were none
blankets-there were none
When we arrived our condo was not ready and had not been cleaned
ZZZZ
