The shared bathrooms were spacious and more than comfortable in comparison with the usual hostel deals. The capsules were comfortable in size, and the mattress is very good; the guests have mutliple lockers at their disposal (the free of charge and the ones you must pay); the kitchen was equipped with everything one could need while travelling; the check-in process was easy and almost seamless.
The paid lockers (the ones in the bedrooms) are way too small for a typical backpack, let alone a larger piece of luggage. By "paid" I mean you just deposit a 1-euro coin in order to be able to lock the locker, afterwards you get that back. (There are also bigger lockers on the ground floor that you actually have to pay for, but I didn't use those)

I have stayed at this hostel on several occasions, and they are always making improvements. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming and professional. I love the whole experience of meeting and sharing the hostel with people from all around the world. I always feel safe, comfortable during my stay.
Honestly, I loved everything about my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave — I wish I could have stayed longer!

Comfy beds
Bathrooms need looking at, very short timers on showers and also bathroom light turns off after 20 seconds and goes completely dark. Ironically does this also in the disabled bathroom when you’re having a shower which is not good for disabled people. I also paid extra for the small dorm to get good sleep but that dorm is located on the bottom floor next to the kitchen / lobby and was woken up at 3am by shouting loud guests chilling in the lobby which woke everyone up. Very annoying
