LAVIDA

I specifically enjoyed the meals provided by the restaurant the most.

The location of the hotel

I had a very good stay at La Vida 2 in Koumassi. The interior was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although most of the staff speak French, communication was easy with Google Translate, and they made a real effort to assist with anything I needed. They helped me change money and even assisted with replacing a torn bill, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient, close to the airport, near good restaurants, and I felt safe even when coming back at night. The restaurant downstairs was also very good, with great food and a nice breakfast.

There was very little to complain about. The Wi-Fi was sometimes a bit inconsistent, depending on where I was in the room, but it still worked well enough. Also, card payments were not available at the restaurant during my stay, so I had to use cash. The area outside may look a little rough at first, but it is lively, and I personally had no issues.

Very clean Supportive and helpful staff Very welcoming Very good service

Nothing everything was good

The location was convenient, the restaurant in the hotel was also good. The environment is quiet as well. Staff were very helpful too. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

There was a bit of strong smell in my room, not sure if it’s from any paint on wall, air conditioning. The room overall is clean but there was a cockroach at one point but I think these are not a big problem.
