It was a short walk to the old district
Everything we needed was there.
Staff were easy to communicate with and we had no problems

It was clean comfortable and super quiet at night, lovely big bed too. Location was great, neat metro/tram that got you into town in 10 mins. Apartment had everything you need for a short stay. Lots of stairs, we're ok with that but it's worth noting. Plenty of resturants and bars in the area too.
I was disappointed with the outdoor terrace. It never got sun - which is probably good during summer as I imagine the apartment gets very hit then been in the attic, but it would have been nice in September. Also the L seater was very uncomfortable. The view from the terrace was into the back of other apartments, their aerials and air conditioning units, not awful but not the spires of Prague.

Perfect 10 on account of excellent owners - they communicate very well and are really flexible to ensure our stay was good. The location was excellent for young families and the place was in great condition.
The high table (bar-stool like) is fine for adults, problematic for children, i’d highly recommend that get swapped out for a low table. The fans were remote controlled but both malfunctioned during the night causing the lights to turn on randomly - the owner is looking into it. 4th floor is lovely. But gets hot in summer!

Location, clean, comfortable bed
Very hot and humid, couldn't open windows properly due to the sun, restrictions of use of tv, coffee, towels, hot water for showers - not very welcoming
