Arcobaleno Suites

Our room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of area to relax. It's very rare to have such a large changing area complemented with a full-length mirror. The decor was simple and classy, creating a calm, sophisticated, and inviting atmosphere. The large bathroom, which featured ample counter space made getting ready completely hassle-free. On top of that, the hotel boasts a great location, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area and access to many dining options.

There were a few small areas where the guest experience could be improved. First, the in-room safe was quite small and not screwed down, which defeated its purpose a bit. Second, we noticed limited electrical outlets in the room, making it a bit tricky to charge multiple devices at night. Finally, the parking recommendation we received was inaccurate; we were told the Roma parking lot was flexible, but it is actually 24-hour enforced, so guests should check updated signage. Overall, it is a great property, and addressing these minor details would make a stay here even better!

Very central. Rooms clean.

Great location - close to the train station, and close to the centre. Room is big, bed is comfortable and shower is hot and powerful. Super clean. Easy check in. Useful information provided in advance.

Air con takes a while to cool down the room, no ventilation in the bathroom. Chairs and table on the balcony rusty and unusable. Note that it is up a steep hill from the station and there are a few stairs to climb before the lift.

Excellent location. Large, bright rooms, comfortable bed, good air conditioning.

Small complaint but, Toilette paper was not great.
