Mecla Suites

Owner is very communicative and helpful. Property is clean and well prepared.

Great location

Mecla Suites are in a great location. Rooms exceptionally clean and welcoming. Tea and coffee and minibar are available in the room. Ensuite bathroom luxurious. View to street below. Beautiful sound of churchbells nearby on Sundays. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast in room each morning includes warm pastries and fresh coffee. Location is perfect for San Carlo Opera House, ferries to Sorrdnto, Piazza, Metro , restaurants , bars etc etc. Great value for money. Would highly recommend , can't wait to return.

The room was spacious, clean and secure, and the location is excellent.

The issue we had was lack of communication on how to find the property, which is accessed via carpark, and then how to enter it, as we found closed doors once we arrived. There needed to be clearer instructions prior to us arriving at the property, which is what we have experienced with other properties we have booked. The outlook from the window was into a laneway. The room had a light above the door , covered by cardboard, and this light came on occasionally in the night, and we could not turn off. The property promised airport transfer but this was not provided and when we asked for it to be arranged the person did not arrange it.
