Great apartment with a fantastic view of the sea! The location is excellent—very close to the jetty and town center, with Grab rides always readily available and a 7-Eleven right down the block. The room was a good size, both washrooms were clean, and having a secure building provided great peace of mind. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and having an on-site washing machine was a major plus. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially on days when the real-feel temperature reached 41°C! Having a clean water dispenser with both hot and cold water was also brilliant. A special thanks to the friendly cleaning staff who hurried to get the apartment ready so we didn't have to wait long after arriving early. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

A few minor things could make the stay even better: Water dispenser & hot drinks: It wasn't obvious that the water dispenser could dispense hot water—a quick instruction note would be helpful. Providing a few complementary tea and coffee sachets would also be a lovely touch, especially for European guests accustomed to hot morning drinks. Bedroom door: The double bedroom features a vintage-style door which looks nice, but it doesn't offer full privacy, so it might not suit everyone. Laundry: The washing machine is great, but without a dryer which might work for direct sunlight and you have a balcony but on the 9th floor there is no balcony.

Good comms via WhatsApp, easy to get to and from using Grabs, some good hawker centres and restaurants within easy walk and very convenient having 7/11 and Bilabila mart downstairs. Good size apartment.

Facilities - pool had a lot of floating stuff in there when you looked closely, clearly not a good filtration system so I’d advise against putting head under. Shower was also in need of a deep clean/scrub. Our room had no hot water in the shower for the first three days and the main electronic door lock to our room also broke three days in. While comms via WhatsApp were prompt, this didn’t turn into the lock getting fixed so we were reliant on a flimsy partition door (key lockable) for security which wasn’t ideal. In hindsight I would stay in a smaller accomodation in the old town of Georgetown to be within easy walking distance of most things, the perceived modernness of this property wasn’t worth being further out.
