Wunderschön, einzigartig. Toller Service.

It is an amazing place, very comfortable and luxurious. The amenities in the apartment are very carefully designed and detailed. The sauna is great. The food is awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Most importantly the staff is super nice - very considerate. The ski in/out saves so much time. Step out of the building and you are in the middle of ski slopes... Absolutely wonderful!

You can only leave the place between the hours when the gondola is operating - so only between 730am to 5 pm. If you have a late arrival it's not possible to get to the flat after 5. If you have an early flight or train to catch on check out - you cannot leave. Make travel arrangements to suit the times.

We hadn’t received the information where to check in, we had to go back down from mountain, which took us 40 minutes, when I came down to the office unpleasant lady gave me QR code to self check in, I said it’s stupid to make me come here to scan the code ( upstairs they have office with computer). Unpleasant lady said to me ; “You are stupid”. And then came rude lady owner and started to scream on me. I travel a lot and it was the worst check in ever. In contrast to this office nightmare , rest of the stuff was fantastic.
