The location was superb, in a lovely quiet square close to restaurants and ice cream and a stone’s throw from the Colosseum

If staying for longer than a week, I would want a sofa and prioritise that over dining room and have a pop up table, but such a small thing. It’s a beautiful apartment, fitted beautifully with comfortable beds. Almost perfect. And superb value for money!

The location cannot be beat. Just around the corner from the Colosseum. There was a great little restaurant just next door. Also a small store and 2nd restaurant across the path. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean.

Only a recommendation, but the dining room off of the kitchen could be better utilized as a bedroom as it is private. And the front room with two single beds would be better as a sitting/dining room. There are no sofas and the only place to sit was in the dining room other than one chair in the single beds room and this room did not have doors, so not private like the main bedroom. However, if traveling with more than two people again, we would consider booking again.

The location was excellent just around the corner from the coliseum. The building was old and charming and the size of the apartment was spacious and we really like the dining room too.

The hot water didn’t work on two occasions requiring us to request it to be fixed. This caused a great problem and we felt the communication wasn’t adequate on the first occasion. We needed to appeal to booking.com to get the issue reviewed. The toilet also got blocked on one occasion.

Central location and short walk to Colosseum.

Very basic property. No power points in the kitchen to plug in appliances, had to boil kettle in sunroom on a chair. Kids beds were in the entrance room. No blockout blinds. Quite noisy street outside. Difficulty accessing property as owner send wrong codes. No coffee or milk provided.
