The hospitality. The young man at the desk was so helpful. My phone hadn't charged overnight and we had already checked out. He put it on charge for me. I had a bad cold and he made me a strong herbal tea for me while we waited. Later when we were leaving I wanted to buy water and he wouldn't take money.
Not much. The only thing was that there was no separate shower area so water is pretty much everywhere. Not a big deal though.

Location and being able to access hot water in reception. It was also lovely and warm in the room given the low temperatures through the night in September. They lent me a fridge upon request on arrival.
I stayed 3 nights under 3 separate bookings. Nobody cleaned or changed towels and 1 toilet roll was left on the check in day so I asked for more paper.

The personnel was very friendly. They helped us park our car right in front of the hotel.
The bathroom was old, and the shower was right next to the toilet. So, showering made everything wet.
Though the rooms were non-smoking, there was a smell of smoke in the hallways. When we opened our windows (both on the front and back side of the hotel as we had two rooms), smoke would get into the rooms.

The friendly face of Erzurum. It’s run by people who love their work and their guests. There is unlimited tea available all day. It’s in a very central location and great for exploring the city, catching buses to Palandöken, and trying out kebab restaurants.

"To był bardzo sympatyczny pobyt. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, bo wszędzie stąd było blisko. Pomimo siarczystych mrozów w Erzurum... pokój był ciepły, a kaloryfery grzały pełną parą :-))))))) Śniadanie ..."
