The room was very clean, and the reception staff were friendly and professional. They also provide airport pick-up and drop-off services, which was very convenient. The location isn’t too far from the airport, and the price is a little more affordable compared to hotels located right at the airport. The restaurant was also quite good, offering both a buffet dinner and à la carte options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The shuttle driver was not very friendly or helpful. He didn’t greet us or offer any assistance with our luggage. He simply remained seated in the driver’s seat. The baby cot wasn’t ready in the room when we arrived, even though I had messaged the hotel in advance to request that it be prepared.

The value was incredible, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. I got a fantastic upgrade to the Deluxe Laguna Patio Pool View room—having a private patio with direct pool access was pure luxury. To top it off, the breakfast at Greenhouse was completely majestic with an amazing selection! Pro-tips for future guests: Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper since the planes fly right overhead, and just ask the helpful reception team for a quick copy of the shuttle pickup hours and locations to make your transit a breeze!
