Lift too small

Location is fantastic.

Toilet was a bit small.

Breakfast can be improved further with more varieties. Location of the Hotel is excellent as it is near the Beijing pedestrian walking street. Nearby a lot of eatery shop.

Only 1 lift and sometimes many people need to wait for the next one.

Location was good

our stay was quite disappointing. When we checked in, the staff told us that our room had a smell. However, we were told that if we wanted to change rooms, we would have to pay extra. I found this unreasonable, as the issue was caused by the hotel’s renovation. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the first time I have experienced something like this. I also asked if I could borrow an iron, but instead of having one brought to our room, I was told to get it myself from another floor. When I went there, there was no iron available. The customer service was not helpful, and there was very little effort to resolve either issue. Overall, the experience was disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel.
