Loved the hotel. Jan met us at our parking place just outside the city walls, helped with our bags, and made our check-in the best ever. Perfect location and the room was wonderful. Jan, Julianna, and the entire staff couldn’t have been more friendly.

Outstanding service and personal attention. Julianna met us at the drop area outside the pedestrian zone and helped us with our luggage and pathway to the hotel. I cannot say enough good things about the personal service of the staff - really great, always asking what we need. She also made our dinner reservations at a local restaurant and escorted us to it. The hotel is small but in an outstanding location within the Diocletian Palace. Our room was small but comfortable; I knew this when I booked the reservation. Breakfast is included and good. The coffee machine and fruit are always available in the atrium. All the major tourist sites are right around the hotel - so easy to see them. Highly recommended.
