Wifi in remote room not functional, lots of ants, community pool furniture deteriorating, key system is annoying, kitchen and bathroom need upgrades.

We enjoyed our time at Solana Beach. The property was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great quiet place in Solana Beach/Del Mar. Spacious and roomy, but doesn't have a view of the ocean. Was generally clean, but everything from cabinets to carpets, doors, cutlery, etc is on the older side and needs replacement. Stubbs Staff is super friendly and helpful. But be aware of the multitude of fees in their agreements - an overkill in my view.
