Location for Disneyland
There were not many nearby food shops.

Lovely hotel with beautiful onsen facilities.
There is not much around the hotel

The staff were so courteous from calling to confirm my booking, accommodating my additional requests, and during our stay. Location worked out perfectly with train station a short walk across the street, stores nearby, including a pharmacy that we did end up needing to go to. Very clean with a family mart attached to the hotel lobby. So many free amenities included.

The breakfast buffet is good and space is big
The check in staff at the reception are not friendly and the hotel is very far from the centre of tokyo. Not accessible and even by train you have to change many times with the confusing train line. The kids play area is so small that it’a better off without it. There are no toys there and the hotel does not have swimming pool
