Very good location - close to the marina and away from traffic to San Jose and Cabo

Too close to the road

Everything was outstanding

There was a small sound with the AC in the main room but nothing severe

Central location

No elevator. I am in México for 40 days and had a heavy luggage. It was not easy to get my stuff to my room on the second floor. Also, the WiFi was spotty.

Clean and modern and the same how it looks on the photo.

i would have gave this property a 9,but the security guard ruined everything,i arrived at night and i was told the security guard will give me the room keys,so when i arrived and asked for the keys,he asked for my ID and when i showed him my passport,he said he has to keep it until morning after i go to the office,so i refused and told him i can never leave my passport to a stranger and also its personal and i need it incase i want to walk outside,so he went wild and started shouting and threatening me that if i dont leave the passport then i cant stay at the property,so it became nearly a physical because i told him that i have already paid and if they give me my money i will leave,and just to add,i was with my son who is under age next to me,he was so afraid,so it went on until i just gave him a train card with my photo so that he can accept,and in the morning i went to the reception to complain,the man at the reception just laughed and said he will talk with him,like he didnt see the seriousness of it,so please think twice before you reserve there.Good luck to everyone
