Golden Triangle Budget Rooms

The hotel was in a nice part of the city and it was excellent value for money. For the price, it was absolutely what I expected.

The room was basically clean but could have done with a dust, the bathroom sink needs a plug.

Excellent location for easy access to visit a family member at the local hospital, the room ( 6 / ensuite) was located in the basement, very quiet and own access to the rear garden to have your morning coffee

It was very close (across the road) from the Belle Vue pub and only 20 minute walk to Norwich City centre.

My room (Room 1) was very hard to get out of as the lock 🔐 on the inside of the door was very stiff and hard to open. The latch needs replacing.

The location was just a nice distance from the city centre to walk it. The area was nice, quiet and there were some nice pubs nearby. The property despite being "tired" was relatively clean. The loft room I had was spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfy despite having a busted support board underneath. Didn't affect my sleep.

The whole property needs a serious update for the price charged. It's over priced for it's condition. No running hot water from the tap in my shared bathroom. But the electric shower was working fine. Floorboards creak a fair bit. The worst part is the stairs into the loft (room 5). Very steep and winding. I'd go as far as to say quite dangerous for some people. It's a glorified Airbnb so a TV in the room would've been nice. And read the small print about a security deposit. It's not clear until you've paid your reservation, unless you read deeper first.
