It's a spacious studio with all amenities needed, but above all with a wonderful view over False Bay.
Convenient pool. Practical balcony.
Especially during weekends and rush hours, beach road is very noisy.

The ocean view, the cleaniness of the apartment and the basic items such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, some electricity units etc that are initially provided. The close proximity to Checkers, pizza places, Ocean basket and other restaurants. Everything I needed was within reach.
I am definately coming again in the near future.
The fact that it doesn't come with someone to clean the apartment atleast once.
The breakage fee demanded before arrival and is meant to be refunded within/after 14 days following check out.
